The APPEAL project participated in SIGEP World, in Rimini, Italy, a key international event bringing together companies and professionals across the foodservice, processing, packaging, and labeling sectors.

APPEAL’s presence at SIGEP World was strategically aligned with the project’s core objective: the development of an innovative food label designed to improve transparency, trust, and informed decision-making along the food value chain.
